The GTS-Centrex solution is designed and implemented to offer a standard package of Unified Communication Services with the following modules in option:

Each hosted UCS standard package comes pre-installed and ready-to-configure on your own virtual private server, making upgrading to a larger package quick and easy without worrying about downtime. There is no contract commitment, so you are free to change your configurations as your business grows.

There is no worrying about the maintenance of your installation, as GTS-Centrex takes care of all of the necessary patches and updates of your virtual private server and UCS applications software. And since every night a backup is made of your server, you never have to worry about losing any of your changes.

After you complete your order and make payment, we will send you the login details within 24 hours so that you can access your web based administrator account. As soon as you login, you can start adding extensions and users, and structure your VoIP phone system to meet your current needs.

Option 1: InfotelTM number / Call-in service: This module enables the reception of a large number of simultaneous incoming call originated from any local fixed or mobile subscriber to a single DID number (branded as Infotel number) assigned to the hosted iPBX of the company. Hence, all incoming calls are automatically routed to specific destinations depending on the choice of the caller via a customized IVR Auto-Attendant. Some typical destinations are: Voice Info portal, Commercial Department, Customer Services, Receptionist, Call Conference, inbound eFAX, …
The Infotel numbers are local virtual numbers at normal off-net rate tariff .

Option 2: SIP Call-out Service: This module enables each phone extension user to make external SIP calls to any fixed or mobile numbers locally or abroad on prepaid basis at affordable tariff rate.
